original customer for personal embroidery use. These embroidery
designs cannot be sewn on items for resale.

Dakota Collectibles is distributing the Candy Creations embroidery design software
(“the Product”) under a license from Tootsie Roll Industries, LLC. Tootsie Roll Industries, LLC retains all of the artistic rights (intellectual property rights) in the Product.
You cannot copy the artwork, software, or promotional materials. Our license, with Tootsie Roll Industries, LLC,
contains restrictions upon the sale and resale of the Product.
TERRITORY/SALES RESTRICTION. This Product can only be sold to customers in the United States,
its Territories and possessions, and Canada. These restrictions apply to Dakota Collectibles, its
distributors and retailers. Dakota Collectibles cannot sell the Product to distributors or retailers
who intend, or are likely, to resell the Product outside of the United States, its Territories and
possessions, and Canada. Dakota Collectibles will use its best efforts to insure compliance with this
prohibition, including terminating sales to offending distributors or retailers.
