Design not received only text file (.txt) showing the designs color changes.

This indicate the design file was blocked from coming through to your email program. Contact Dakota Collectibles at 1-800-331-3160 and we will resend the design file. Or, if you ordered the design online, simply download your design through your online account. Click here for redownloading instructions.
